As a teenager, my pediatrician's prescription for social anxiety medication felt like a life sentence. What began as a quest to date my high school crush, became a decade-long journey of self-discovery. After spending over 10+ years and thousands of dollars working with dating coaches and attending boot camps,  I learned confidence and attracting the women of your dreams is a replicable blueprint.
